President
Mandee Bowsmith
Mandee has worked in municipal Human Resources since 2001, beginning her career at the City of Las Vegas in Nevada. She occupied a range of progressively responsible positions from Office Specialist to Insurance Specialist, specializing in Risk Management and then Employee Benefits and Workers' Compensation.
In 2015, Mandee took a position as the Labor Relations Program Manager for the City of Reno in Northern Nevada. In that role, she managed 10 labor contracts, participated in labor negotiations, and conducted Employee Relations investigations and training.
Mandee's work at the City of Reno culminated in her becoming the Director of Human Resources. Using her years of experience and what she has learned along the way, Mandee is committed to helping government agencies do HR better using creativity, innovation, and technology to build up our greatest asset - our people.
